Žofie's caravan in Lipnice

The caravan Žofie is a new addition to the family and is located near her older brother Alphonse. It offers a cozy minimal space to live without unnecessary embellishments. The surroundings are a feast for the eyes and a balm for the soul. Both in the winter and summer months! The space - Kitchen equipment - two-burner stove, fridge, kettle, pot, pan, dishes, cutlery, basic ingredients.. - Bathroom inside the caravan - toilet, sink, shower (hot/cold water) - 100% connection to electricity/water/waste - all functional and unlimited - Indoor wood stove + electric heater - Up to 4 people (comfortably 2 adults and 2 children) - Prepared linen and towels - Outdoor fireplace with seating and grill grate (wood prepared in the woodshed) - Bicycles for rent by agreement The living area is accessed through a bathroom with a sink with shower and toilet. Between the bathroom and the sleeping area there is a small dressing room with storage space and a wood-burning stove. Opposite is a practical kitchenette with a sink and a fridge. The kitchen is followed by a padded bench with a dining table and then a large double bed. From both places you can observe the surrounding landscape, deer and other animals through a large window. The bench can be unfolded and used as a standard third bed for sleeping. In front of the caravan there is an outdoor seating area around the fireplace with the possibility of barbecue. Guest access Parking is possible directly at the caravan on a fenced property. If you are not coming by car, the nearest bus stop is Řečice - Kamenná Trouba (1.5 km) or Kejžlice (1.9 km). You can get to both from Humpolec or Světlá nad Sázavou. By prior arrangement, I can offer a car ride from Humpolec. Other things to note - Check-in from 3:00 p.m. - Check-out by 10:00 - Arrival and departure can be arranged individually by prior arrangement - There's a second Alfons Maringotka on the property, which is far enough away to maintain privacy. Possibility to rent both caravans at more favorable prices - if you are interested, write a request in the message. - In the winter months, only cold water is available in the caravan (December - February)
