It is close to UAB (University of Alabama at Birmingham), the medical district, Five Points South, Regions Field, Protective Stadium, and the downtown area. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, UAB related business travelers or students, and families looking to explore Birmingham. The space Southern Comfort Condo has a spacious bedroom with walk-in closet for storage. We offer a fully equipped kitchen and living room with a sofa bed and a comfy couch. The bathroom has a full tub and shower with great water pressure (I know that is important!) Guest access Guests have access to the entire condo. We offer FREE wifi with YouTube TV, Amazon Prime video, HBO Max, Peacock Network, and premium HD Netflix. FREE access to shared facilities - pool, BBQ grille, and fire pits located in the condo complex. FREE parking on the street or parking lot (unsigned no permit required). Other things to note - There is a $25 nightly fee for additional guests, for more than two people. Maximum occupancy is four people. - Pawsome! We welcome furry friends. Please verify what type and how many will be joining you. $25 nightly pet fee will be charged separately after your booking is confirmed. *Only well behaved, house trained dogs are allowed. Do not leave your dogs unattended in the condo for more than an hour. PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER THEM!
