4 bedroom, free laundry+parking, Westfort apt

There are two entrances and both have stairs so not great if you have mobility issues or small children.The apartment is bright, spacious, private bathroom. has FREE LAUNDRY in apartment, a desk and chair in each room. Off street FREE parking during the winter months when calendar parking is in effect otherwise you can park right outside the door of your unit FREE WIFI, NETFLIX. We cater to work crew crews. The space This is a working class older neighbor in the area known as West Fort on southern part of Thunder Bay. You are close to main cross town highways and the airport. Buses can take you where ever you need to go. You are close to the mountains and can enjoy winter sports, or you can watch ships go by on the Lake Superior. There are lots of little shops, boutiques, restaurants, and bistros. Walk to the grocery store or get you hair and nails done down the street a bit. Plenty of free on street parking in front of our building. We do have on site in back during winter winter months. There is a small fee for electrical plug in during the winter months. NOTE> Calendar on street parking in the winter. At times we can set up additional single beds in the living area for larger crews if needed. Guest access If you have a car we are within minutes from the airport. No car? Lots of near by bus stops to take you anywhere in Thunder Bay. We have free street parking in front of the building and in winter our own on site parking. It is easy to walk to shops, eateries and coffee or donut shops. Also the grocery store is just down the block. We are near main highways, to go north or south. Use close by James St which takes you all the way to a cross town highway, or you can use Edward Street to go uptown. Other things to note This is a 4 bedroom apartment. With the booking you get 1 bedroom for 2 people for $150.00. Each additional PERSON costs $35 per night and you get 1 additional bedroom for each additional person. but we only have 4 bedrooms. If you are a family you could sleep up to 7 people, 2 in each bed and 1 in the single bed. Work crews prefer 1 bedroom per person however, to accomodate you if needed we can set up single beds in the living room.
