The space The duplex has a cozy living area with a TV, and the sofa-cum-bed makes it perfect for up to 4 guests. Each room has its own modern washroom with quality fittings and air-conditioning (the duplex has two ACs). Reliable Wi-Fi is available throughout the house to keep you connected. It also has a private terrace garden, lovingly maintained, that provide peaceful corners with comfortable seating. They are wonderful spots to enjoy a cup of tea or simply relax after sightseeing. The house is in a calm residential neighborhood — less than 2 km from the airport and about 4 km from the railway station. Major attractions are close by: Umaid Bhawan Palace (4 km, ~10 minutes), Clock Tower in the city center (5 km, ~10 minutes), and Mehrangarh Fort (7 km, ~15 minutes). There is parking space for one car on the property, and we can arrange additional parking at our family home just 100 meters away, with space for up to 3 more cars. Guest access Guests enter through our porch, via a common entrance that leads up a beautiful marble staircase to the first floor, where all the rooms are located. The kitchen isn’t accessible, but we provide a common area with a microwave, toaster, mineral water dispenser, and cutlery for your convenience. All major delivery partners (Swiggy, Zomato, Blinkit) service this area, making ordering food easy. Smoking is only permitted on the terraces, not indoors. Other things to note Since the property is home to 2 senior citizens, we are accepting booking from only vaccinated guests. We, the residents, and our help staff (maids, cleaning staff) are all completely vaccinated as well.
