Central accommodation on the jetty

Warm welcome to a centrally located and charming property on the pier in Grebbestad, in a sunny location with a lovely sea view. Here, you will stay close to swimming, restaurants, and archipelago life, right in the heart of coastal living. During the warmer months of the year, the area comes alive with the wonderful energy of restaurants and social life, a natural part of living in such a central location. The rest of the year, the location offers tranquility, seaside walks, and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the coast at a more leisurely pace 🌊 The space The apartment accommodates up to 4 people and has a separate bedroom with a 140-cm bed and a sofa bed (140 cm) in the living room. Private part of the balcony is available for use. 🏡 The space Fully equipped kitchen with: Stove, 2 burners Refrigerator with freezer compartment Microwave Dishwashing liquid, dish brush, dishcloth and paper towels Bathroom with shower and toilet. The hot water comes from a water heater – please shower carefully so that there is enough for everyone in the group. 🛏 Bed linens & towels Bed linens and towels are not included, but can be rented for: SEK 120/person (set of bed linens + towel) SEK 40/person (beach towel) Please let us know when booking if you wish to rent these. 🧹 Cleaning The guest is responsible for final cleaning before departure. This means that: Dishes should be cleaned and put away Waste should be disposed of Kitchen and bathroom must be wiped clean The floor and sofa should be vacuumed and wiped clean There is cleaning equipment in the apartment. If cleaning is not done or is inadequate, you will be charged. 🚗 Other Smoking is prohibited (applies both indoors and outdoors) No parties or events Pets are not allowed (due to allergies) WiFi available ♻️ Waste and recycling sorting We appreciate if you help with recycling (plastic, glass, metal and cardboard). The nearest recycling is at the long-term parking lot on Repslagaregatan. 💛 Need to know This is a personal and well-kept property. We appreciate that you treat it carefully so that the next guest also has a nice experience. Other things to note The accommodation is beautifully located directly on the jetty with proximity to the sea and boating. During peak season, there may be sounds from restaurants and boats nearby, especially during evening hours.
