Our humble family abode is a beautifully renovated timber cottage built in 1908 and re-located to the sleepy town of Milton. We are surrounded by farmland with sweeping views of rolling green hills and the Budawang Ranges. We are ideally positioned with a short stroll to Milton's bustling cafes/eateries, boutique shops, antique stores, pubs and much more, a 5 minute drive to Narrawallee and Mollymook beaches, and a 30 minute drive to Pigeon House Mountain Didthul walking track. The space Full of character and charm. High ceilings, picture rails, timber sash windows, modern kitchen, designer bathroom, light filled spaces with an easy flow layout. Cosy combustion fireplace for the winter months. North facing front deck and sunroom for your morning coffee and rear undercover balcony to capture the sunsets and take in the beautiful views of the Budawang Ranges. Huge yard to enjoy on a 1000m2 block. Sandpit for the kids. We have 4 friendly hens whose eggs you're welcome to collect. Guest access Off street parking available for up to 2 cars and free parking on the street. Leave your car and take a quick stroll into Milton. Local beaches are a 5 minute drive away.
