Very nice entrance hall, the bedroom and the living room-kitchen are separated by a large sliding door. Large bathroom and small balcony overlooking the avenue. The apartment is very pleasant to live in and well located, close to the Garonne and its quays, right next to Place Saint-Pierre, 5 minutes from Saint-Cyprien.
