The space It's a large, well-decorated, private house located at the back of a quiet, residential community. Whether you like to go out, or stay in, we can accommodate. A stairlift and bathroom safety rails are available for challenged guests. Please don't hesitate to share your needs! The second floor lounge area features cable TV (HBO, Showtime, The Movie Channel, Starz, etc.) and a coffee station. Special events may be posted in the foyer, both in-house and off-property. The musical instruments in the parlor are strictly off-limits. Guest access Parking in the driveway is permitted. Please allow for three rows of cars. Do not block the hosts' vehicles. Limited public transportation, taxi service, Uber and Lyft are available in the area. During your stay A host is usually available to address any needs or concerns. Communication either through Airbnb or personally is preferred. Other things to note Please be respectful of other residents. If there are any issues, please make a host aware. The washer and dryer are available for guests—at additional cost— but other than the parlor and lounge, other areas of the home are private. Trained service dogs are allowed. Pets are not. Cats are forbidden in any case due to a severe allergy.
