This beautifully renovated Camp Wagon complete with bogies sits on 4 acres with Canungra creek frontage approx 1 km from town With a fully equipped kitchen, original copper water tank , beautiful timber floors and lovely arched ceiling it has a comfy queen bed, smart TV and air conditioning. Outside a few steps down is a characterful private ensuite, fire pit with seating, bird baths, water feature in lovely lush surrounds . Beautiful views of mountains, countryside , birds and wildlife. The space The kitchen has portable cooktop, microwave, fridge ,electric jug and toaster.Small dining table two chairs, Two comfy tv chairs, umbrellas, blockout curtains, shelves and hanging space for clothes, Queen bed with corner shelves and lights. Covered balconies front and back patio leads down to seperate characterful bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. All very private with a fire pit, outdoor table, chairs, potted plants, bird baths, water feature and lovely rural views. Our property is on Canungra creek, with some guests enjoying a swim, we also have sightings of platypus, numerous species of birds and there are dairy cows adjacent as well as other wildlife. Guest access Canungra village is approximate 1km making it a comfortable walk into town and there is onsite parking. Other things to note We have a beautiful rural setting so close to everything but feels very special with creek frontage and occasional viewings of platypus, plenty of turtles and great fishing. There are dairy cows as well as lots of varieties of wonderful birdlife and plenty of places to sit and enjoy the peaceful surrounds.
