This much-loved family home is an amazing space of peace and tranquility. It is designed for outdoor living with a lovely veranda, pergola area for al fresco dining and expansive lawns with a lap pool. The area is safe and convenient with access to excellent restaurants, a woolies food the highway. House comes complete with full solar system, wifi, a work area, and a helper to allow you to relax. Central to Durban beach (20 mins), Umhlanga (25mins), airport (40mins) & the midlands/ Drakensburg. The space Most of the time can be spent on the verandah or sitting under the pergola. There is amazing bird life with resident owls and hooting flufftails. The main bedroom is a wonderful space with folding windows and amazing views onto the beautiful garden. Guest access The whole house is available to guests, but note that there are tenants in the adjoining flatlet (separated by an adjoining but locked door). Other things to note The house has a full solar system and back up batteries to manage power blackouts. A gas hob allows for cooking when there is no power
