Zion's Hilltop Hideaway Luxury/Private/Hot Tub

Close to Zion Park, our GUEST'S REVIEWS tell our story best. We have a beautiful 1,250 sq foot suite that features a PRIVATE HOT TUB as well as a private entrance, patio & lawn area with waterfall. This space is a walkout basement of our home & has a keyless entry, 2 bedrooms, each with a 55 inch TV, kitchenette, sitting area with a 65 inch TV, large washer and dryer & a 2 room bathroom. Outside is gas fire pit & Blackstone grill. It is designed for up to 4 persons. Sorry, no smoking or pets. The space THE SPACE HIGH SPEED INTERNET Recently installed: FIBER OPTICS with 940 Mbps. KING BEDROOM King Bed with luxurious Thomas O'Brien plush mattress set, bamboo king pillows and cool pillows. Dresser, 2 nightstands, lamps, large closet with extra pillows and blankets. It has a large 55 inch TV (Samsung, Q6 series, Ultra HD, QLED, Smart TV), one large window with black out blinds and multiple WIRELESS phone charges - just place your phone on the charger and it automatically charges! It shares a hallway bathroom with the other bedroom. It also has two luggage racks. Sleeps 1 or 2 people. QUEEN BEDROOM Queen Bed has a comfortable Serta Sleeper plush mattress set, queen bamboo pillows and cool pillows, two nightstands with wireless phone charger, lamp, one dresser, console table. Large closet has extra pillows and blankets. It has a large 55 inch TV (Samsung, Q6 series, Ultra HD, QLED, Smart TV.) Also, has one of the two outside entrances. It has 2 windows with black out shades. It also has luggage racks. It shares a hallway bathroom with the other bedroom. Sleeps 1 or 2 people. SPLIT BATHROOM The Hallway Bathroom is two separate rooms. One houses a brand new commode that also has a large mirror for getting ready in the morning. The second room has a Shower/Tub combo with complementary body soap, shampoo and conditioner as well as tooth brushes and tooth paste. We also supply makeup removal towels. Please do not use the white bath towels for makeup removal. There is also a blow dryer in the drawer for your use. GREAT ROOM: LIVING/KITCHENETTE/DINING AREA The bedrooms and bath are separated by a door which leads into the second area of the suite. In this area is the Great Room which features a Kitchenette with a 9.8 cu refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster and Keurig Coffee Maker with K-Cups provided. We also have an electric kettle and Instant Pot with an Instant Pot cook book. An Instant Pot is a pressure cooker and then some. It can cook, sauté and even steam a meal, usually in less than an hour. There are two hot plates and a pot and pan, located in the cabinet under the Keurig. We have also added a Waffle Maker and a Toaster Oven/Air Fryer. An Air Fryer is a miniature oven and among other things can bake, roast and fry your food. It means you can have the taste of deep-fried without the oil. Think of crispy french fries without the grease. Instructions for it’s use are available. We also have a roaster oven available upon request. There is a small sink with a drying rack, drying pad, dish soap, a new scrubbie and/or wash cloth. We have dishes, glassware and utensils, as well. We have crystal wine glasses and insulated metal tumblers with lids which can safely be used in the hot tub. We have a deluxe, 36 inch, 4 burner Black Stone Griddle. It can COOK, FOUR DIFFERENT ITEMS, at FOUR DIFFERENT TEMPERATURES, AT THE SAME. Everything from grilling a steak, fish or chicken for dinner and eggs, bacon, and pancakes for breakfast. , In the Dining area is a spacious kitchen table that seats four. In the Living area there are a pair of love seats that can accommodate 4 adults. Mounted on the wall above the kitchen table and facing these couches is a 65 inch TV. (Samsung, Q6 series, Ultra HD, QLED, Smart TV.) Also in the sitting area is a custom made, handcrafted Claro Walnut wood table which features a flowing stream of blue resin which runs through the center of the table from end to end. There are also low level lights that can be turned on or off which accentuate the beautiful blue resin river. It is not only functional but to many, it’s a piece of art. INFORMATION CENTER Our Information Center is the large blue cabinet across from the sink. We have our Welcome Note and General Information, Restaurant Guide and our Guide to Adventure all in blue binders there. In these volumes you can find many suggested destinations that you can visit and explore. There is also a list of restaurants, grocery stores, hardware store and even our local eight screen movie theatre. Lin’s market and pharmacy is less than a 4 minute drive from the suite. Many restaurant menus are included in the binder. Brochures for activities in Zion National Park are also there. Please feel free to browse through these pamphlets for information and as you gather ideas for your adventurous vacation. There are also books, puzzles, and over 20 POPULAR GAMES at our Game Central compiled for your group to enjoy. They include but are not limited too, Clue, Left Right Center, Uno, Skip Bo, Chess, Chinese Checkers, Trouble, Sorry, Monopoly, Cover your Assets, Rummikub, Pit, several decks of Face Cards, Bunco, Mancala, Sleeping Queens, Dominos, Phase 10, Racko and Back Gammon. We also have two outside games including Corn hole and Croquet. We have Zion National Park map and brochure, to help in your quest to explore and discover this world famous scenic wonder. There is also a laminated map of specific hikes we recommend. There is information on the beautiful Sand Hollow Reservoir and State Park which is about 20 minutes away. Sand Hollow is known for its swimming and boating possibilities as well as it’s beautiful sand dunes and the endless UTV adventures that can be had there. . We also have Carbon Outdoor Trekking Poles and Wooden hiking sticks for you to borrow which are a must for hiking, especially the Narrows at Zion. LAUNDRY ROOM Off the Kitchenette is a Laundry Room which features a FULL SIZE washer and dryer. See their picture in the photo section. Tide Pods and Downey Fabric Softener are provided. It’s nice to have a convenient place to wash dirty clothes after a day of hiking, exploring, boating or racing about on an ATV. PRIVATE PATIO Off the great room is your own private patio and lounge area, with seating available for 4. In the center of the chairs is a 42 inch deluxe fire pit. It features a small fire fueled by propane and a counter top surrounding it’s perimeter. See it’s picture in the photo section. This outer edge is perfect for setting drinks and dinnerware in the event you chose to eat, drink and be merry in your own secluded corner outside. BLACKSTONE GRIDDLE Our Blackstone Griddle is a BIG HIT! People love using it and some have even said they like it better than using a grill, if you can believe that. It is 36 inches long with 756 square inches of cooking surface. This is enough space to cook the main course and all the sides at the same time. It features four burners fueled by propane. Four burners means that it has four cooking zones that can all be set at different temperatures simultaneously. This griddle is perfect for cooking any meal: Eggs, pancakes and bacon for breakfast or hamburgers, hot dogs, grilled onions and buns for lunch or steaks, fish or chicken with all the sides for dinner. Regardless of which meal you are cooking, you will be doing it under a covered patio that is private and peaceful. HOT TUB Relax your cares away and sooth your tired feet & weary muscles in your exclusive, private Artesian Antigua Hot Tub with 45 jets, colored lights, waterfall and beautiful evening views of the sunset, city lights and stars. See it’s picture in the photo section. Draperies are provided in the patio area to close off the outside world and create a space of privacy for you and your company. Or keep them open and enjoy the view or some combination of both. The perfect 100 to 104 degree temperature is great for relaxing after a long day of hiking in Zion National Park, boating on the lake, or riding the dunes. Beach towels are provided in the hamper just outside the sliding door. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS For your enjoyment, we are: 30 minutes to Zion National Park areas / Springdale 20 minutes to Sand Hollow State Park where you can engage in boating, jet skiing, cliff jumping or ATVing. Rentals available. 20 minutes to Quail Creek State Park for boating or jet skiing. Rentals available 25 minutes to St. George Airport 35 minutes to Tuacahn Outdoor Theater 5 minutes to the Red Cliffs National Conservation area with many trails to hike. This is also a turtle reserve and wild tortoises are frequently seen, meandering about, during the right time of year. Other things to note Other things to note: We have a little 14.5 year old Westie She LOVES people! She may bark at first to say hello! You may see us in the backyard from time to time to water flowers or check the hot tub, but we are not usually around when you're there. We also live on the above floor, but we have extra insulation to keep things as quiet as possible.
