Beautifully located serviced apartment with hotel operation in the middle of nature and yet with central connection to Tecklenburg. The apartment is divided into 2 rooms. A living/dining area with access to its own terrace and a sleeping area with a completely open bathroom. Both rooms have a TV. The bathroom is a daylight bathroom. Wifi available for free, as well as parking. The space Due to the hotel business, the apartment is fully equipped with towels, bed linen, shampoo, toilet paper, Nespresso machine, microwave, stove, small dishwasher, fridge, dishes, glasses, etc. On request, a bread service and/or a complete breakfast service is possible for an additional fee. You will receive breakfast in a breakfast box placed in front of the apartment door. The apartment leaves nothing to be desired. Arrive and feel good. The bed is a double bed measuring 1.60 * 2.00 m. There are two pillows per guest. A normal pillow and a neck support pillow with microgel. We shall supply on request a wedge cushion. On the beautiful terrace with fantastic views of the countryside, there is high-quality outdoor furniture from the Kartell brand in the form of a table with 4 chairs. Furthermore, our guests will find a comfortable sun lounger from which to enjoy the view of nature. A sunshade is also available. Intermediate cleaning of the apartment and fresh towels are available on request. In addition, we have a very nice outdoor sauna in the form of a panoramic sauna that can be used independently by our guests. Upon arrival, we show our guests how to turn on the sauna independently. Our guests can still use the sauna in the morning at 6 AM but also in the evening at 10 PM. As soon as you go into the sauna, simply turn the sign in front of the sauna to "occupied." This guarantees that you can use the sauna alone. Due to the increased energy costs, the use of the sauna during the stay costs a one-time fee of €10 gross per person. Sauna towels are provided free of charge. Massages can be booked in the apartment upon request. Other things to note The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The price refers to an occupancy of up to two people. The 3rd and 4th person costs €25 gross/night extra. Children up to and including 7 years sleep for free. We provide a high chair, children's travel cot and bottle warmer free of charge on request. Dogs are allowed in this apartment. They cost €10 gross extra per night. The cost of the dog is then to be paid on site.
