Leaf and snow/ice is maintained diligently - however, at times the accumulation will be out of the owner’s control. Watch your step and watch for icy areas. 4. *No swimming in the canal. 5. Fishing: The large deck/dock on the lower side of the property is recommended. Please access dock with caution. 6.
