Newly renovated 5 bed, 2 bath home in the quaint village of Grand Beach. Golf cart included with rental (in season - May thru mid-Nov). Home is situated on a large lot, high on a sand dune that overlooks the 6th fairway and park area. Enjoy two large decks and year-round eight person hot tub. The property is very private, on secluded street and fully stocked for a great stay. It's a great place to enjoy some down time in an idyllic village in the heart of Michigan's "Harbor Country." The space "Fairways of Grand Beach" is a 100-year old cottage that has been completely updated as of 2021. A major consideration in the renovation was to keep the charm of the original structure. Guests will be immersed in the cottage feel with tongue and groove ceilings, original bead board on the first floor and newly refinished original pine floors throughout the home. Windows, windows, windows overlook the expansive wooded lot from the first floor. The furnishings are higher end and are comfy -- mostly Ethan Allen and Crate and Barrel. Custom knotty pine cabinets are throughout. Guests should be happy to know the home's heating, air, electric, water heater, roof, appliances and tvs are all new. The heating and air conditioning unit includes a bonus air scrubber that fights viruses. Other amenities include 200mbps high speed internet, 125 tv channels, a new gas fireplace with remote start, and a new gas Weber grill. The space ample and rooms are large. You can enjoy being together or spread out as you wish. Kitchen is well stocked. Washer and dryer on premises. There is a security camera near the side yard and hot tub area for use when the property is unoccupied. It will never be in use when occupied by guests. Guest access Most Grand Beachers get around by golf cart, bike or foot. Car traffic is minimal. The property has driveway parking for 4 cars. Golf cart drivers must be 21 years of age. Other things to note This house has an amazing happy vibe. Rooms are large, ceilings high and space expansive so guests will not feel cramped. The outdoor areas are pure relaxation with comfy chairs and a great setting. The fire pit area has 8 brand new comfy Adirondack chairs. Guests will long to return after hearing the waves crashing and feel the cool breezes off Lake Michigan just a few blocks away. Two night minimum from Labor Day to Memorial Day and six night minimum from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
