Welcome to Poitiers! This apartment has a location overlooking the green valley of the Clain which gives it an intimate and bucolic setting while being in the heart of the city. The accommodation is 60 m2. It is bright, quiet, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. It is suitable for families, couples, solo and business travelers. We invite you to read the detailed description... The space The apartment is on the ground floor and it will be completely yours. It is bright, quiet, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. It is 60 m2 and offers the possibility of having 3 bedrooms that offer views of the valley and the garden. A sheltered terrace is accessible for breakfast in the open air. Detail: - Bedroom 1: double bed and travel cot if needed. - Bedroom 2: very comfortable sofa bed 2 places. This room serves as a living room once the sofa bed is folded. - Bedroom 3: two single beds that can be combined to make a double bed. - The kitchen area has two electric stoves, microwave, small fridge and all the dishes you would need. - The bathroom and toilet are separate. Don't be burdened with your toiletries, we provide soap, shampoo and towels (size 100 cm x 50 cm). We do not charge for cleaning, which is why, before you leave, we ask you to tidy up and clean what you have used. If you don't have time to clean or don't want to do it, just let us know and pay €30 for the cleaning fee. Guest access You will have access to the apartment (entire) and its terrace. On the other hand, you will not have access to the garden, it is private.
