The space The Simple Savannah Bungelow is a perfect no-fuss accommodation for your next visit to Savannah, Ga. The bungalow includes a full kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed in one bedroom and 2 twin beds + 1 twin trundle in the other bedroom), 1 bathroom, and a laundry area. It's ideal for solo travelers or can accommodate groups of 4. The Simple Savannah Bungalow kitchen has everything you'll need for an extended stay including oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, K-cup coffee maker, and microwave. It also includes a washer and dryer and a full bathroom with tub. All necessary bedding and linens are provided for your stay. The bungalow includes high-speed Xfinity cable WiFi and there are 3 TVs, all with air antennas and Roku devices capable of streaming local channels as well as your streaming services. The space is ideal for 2-4 adult guests to stay here comfortably, but we are happy to try to accommodate additional guests, such as families with small children, if possible. Please message us to discuss options Guest access As our guest you will have access to the entire bungalow. There is one dedicated off-street parking spot for the bungalow in front of the front door. There is also plenty of available street parking if needed. The bungalow is a full 2 bedroom, 1 bath residential home. On the property there is also a guesthouse located directly behind the bungalow main house. There is a separate Airbnb listing for the guesthouse. Other things to note We provide self-check-in instructions. Check-in is after 4 pm and check-out is by 11 am. Early check-in and late check-out are an additional fees, pending availability. Please message for details. If you would like to guarantee early check-in and/or late check-out, please book the previous night ahead of your planned check-in day and/or subsequent day after your planned check-out, so the space will be available for you when you need it. Please note that there are two separate Airbnb listings on this property and guests may see other guests for the other Airbnb listing during their stay. There is one Airbnb listing for the bungalow main house and another Airbnb listing for a separate guesthouse on the property. The guesthouse is located directly behind the bungalow main house.
