"The cottage next door"

This step-free, fully equipped with a warm atmosphere will allow you to have a pleasant and comfortable stay. Attentive to the quality of the welcome and the well-being of their hosts, Nathalie and Bruno will be available to facilitate your stay. Ideally located in the Gers countryside, 2 steps from the Château de Caumont, "le gîte d'à côté" will allow you to discover the many assets of the Gascon country: gastronomy, culture, authentic nature, picturesque villages, Pyrenees, Toulouse, Auch... The space Our cottage is composed of a bedroom with double bed including a shower room as well as a living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room. This living room includes a sofa bed for 2 people and a convertible armchair for 1 person. The cottage sleeps up to 4 people. The cottage is located on our property. It's attached to our home. A terrace with 2 spaces is reserved for you. One is equipped for outdoor meals, the other for relaxation area with 2 sunbeds. Bed sheets, shower towels and linen are provided. The 2500m2 lot is full fenced. Important information to consider. Our pool terrace is under construction. The pool is therefore not accessible. Guest access 🚗 🏍 Parking and amenities - Street parking is strictly prohibited. - 2 free parking spaces (in front of the cottage and in the courtyard). - Electric vehicle charging station (7.4 kW/h, type 2 cable) – contact Nathalie for details. - Free 4 motorcycle garage available to house motorcycles and dry rain clothes. Same for tools (workshop stand, chain lubrication, tire inflation, etc.). Other things to note What to respect during your stay - Access to the pool, garden and cottage is exclusively reserved for the occupants of the cottage and the owners. - Festive evenings are strictly prohibited, in order to preserve the calm of the neighborhood. - Please book for the exact number of people attending. - Beyond 2 guests, each additional person is charged €15 per night.
