Rental unit in Nacogdoches
Description
We bought this little duplex, which is literally right next door to us, for Airbnb guests. It is a house that is divided into two units, a top and bottom unit. This listing is for the top unit which has a recently remodeled bedroom and living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The washer and dryer is shared in a separate room downstairs. Each unit has its own entrance. The space This apartment is part of a two story house in a quiet, historic neighborhood. It is tucked a bit back from the street so there's a feeling of privacy. The unit itself is colorful and quaint, perfect for one or two people. The unit is completely remodeled, with the bedroom and living room being redone in January 2025. The bathroom and kitchen are remodeled but were one of Dan's first larger remodels, so they're not perfect but they're still well done! The kitchen is quite small but has all the appliances you need (stove, oven, microwave, fridge). The space comes equipped with the usual house amenities (sheets, towels, dishes, pots and pans, etc.). The washer and dryer are on the bottom floor next to the unit in an attached shed-like room and the room needs a face-lift but the appliances are in great condition. I think that's about it. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask! Guest access There are a few shared spaces: the front driveway, the backyard (rarely ever used), the front porch, and the laundry room/tool shed. Everything else is completely separate. Other things to note We have weekly and monthly rates as well if you are interested in staying long term. We prefer not to have any pets in that unit, but as animals lovers, we may make exceptions. We have long-term guests quite frequently (1-6 months). All of our long-term guests are professionals from out of town, such as traveling nurses, students, or people moving here for work so we just ask that you be considerate while staying here.
