Stone family home (9 people)

We gladly open our family home (in stones; 19th century), facing south, surrounded by a large garden, in a typical small village located on the "road to the bay" which connects Saint-Malo to Mont Saint-Michel. The space On the ground floor, with exposed stones, a 35 m² living room and a spacious dining room with open kitchen, on both sides of an entrance with toilet. Two monumental fireplaces decorate these two large rooms; only the fireplace in the living room, imperatively with a fire screen (supplied), can be used (and always under supervision). The living room is equipped with a sofa bed (click-clack) for 2 people. On the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms with parquet flooring (5 single beds, a double bed and a crib for young children), 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet. A 4th bedroom (1 double bed separable into 2 twin beds) is available from June to October only. Nearby, visit beautiful tourist sites: Mont St Michel (15 min by car), Cancale (20 min), St-Malo (30 min), Dinan (30 min), Fougères (45 min). There are plenty of activities: walks in the nearby polders or by the sea (10 min), swimming around Cancale, sand yachting or flying over the region in a microlight, golf, horseback riding... Guest access Easy access by car from the N176 (5 minutes) and immediate access from the bay road that connects Cancale to Mont Saint Michel. TGV train station 15 minutes away (Dol-de-Bretagne). Other things to note Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, kettle, traditional coffee maker, "Dolce gusto" large capsule coffee maker, large fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, full dishes with utensils. In addition: blender, toaster, raclette grill, iron, hair dryer. Wi-Fi available. Baby equipment with crib, high chair and changing mat. On arrival, the beds are prepared. Towels are provided.
