simple private bedroom with shared bathroom.

Clean, comfortable, and my beloved home. You have a clean, comfortable bed, closet or dresser space. You’ll find a relaxing, clean space to rest your eyes and relax. We live within our means and thus do not have cable, or a lot of “frills”. As a family, we prefer to explore and focus on school and family time. You will find several spaces to read, play a board game, or have a good ol conversation. The space Designated Guest bedroom and attached / shared bathroom, kitchen and dining area. Please leave other bathrooms for guests using the shared bathroom. Outside / backyard is available for guest use. Please clean up any messes. Family room / common room with tv is useable for guests. All other areas should be left alone as guests may be staying in those rooms too. Guest access Living rooms, dining area and kitchen area are shared spaces. All other bedrooms may be occupied and are not to be entered. During your stay If I am there, I am available to help during normal waking hours. If I am out of town, I am likely traveling out of state so we are limited to text, but I try to respond within the hour or sooner (except when I’m sleeping!). Other guests may be in the house and your interaction with them may vary. Please be mindful of their stay. Be courteous with noise and avoid leaving your personal items in shared spaces such as dining and kitchen areas and bathrooms (if shared). Other things to note I have 3 kids. When they’re w/ their dad I rent rooms to help make ends meet. It is possible I will be around during your stay. Room will be clean & tidy but not free of persona belongings. Guests should not eat in outside of the dining / kitchen area (zero food or drinks in bedrooms please!) Guests should clean up after themselves and leave common areas and bathrooms free of clutter and personal items. Dishes should be done promptly. Leftover food not left out or left to soil fridge. Thermostat is NOT to be adjusted.
