No sea view The space The apartment is part of a detached villa renovated into various accommodations and is located in the splendid Caminia Bay in Calabria. This fantastic, self-contained vacation home enjoys an excellent location, approximately 50 meters from the public beach, easily accessible on foot via a convenient pedestrian path. The wide shoreline opens up before eucalyptus trees and features white sand. Caminia Bay is the pearl of Calabria's Ionian coast, a place brimming with energy, nestled between two scenic cliffs (particularly the one opposite the houses). The crystal-clear, emerald-blue sea laps the cliffs, forming two inlets that lead to the cave, whose seabed is a favorite spot for scuba diving enthusiasts up to 12 meters deep.Caminia Beach is part of the municipality of Stalettì, a few kilometers from the famous seaside resorts of Copanello, Pietragrande, and Soverato. Guest access At the end of the Caminia seafront, going up on the left, there is the back road (bordering the Blanca Cruz) that leads to the villa and allows access to the internal courtyard Other things to note Rates include: shared use of an outdoor washing machine, one parking space (parking is permitted only for guests' cars; outside vehicles are prohibited) + one deckchair + one sun lounger at the apartment (beach service not included). Rates do not include: bed linens and towels for guests (available for an additional fee, with mandatory changes every 7 days), and electricity.
