The space Location is only one block from Trinity College and great for family visiting students. This location is also perfect for being close to all the events that happen throughout the year in Port Hope. Street parking is also allowed (by the parking pad. In front of the blue garbage shed.) Other things to note We do have a Nespresso Machine with a few complementary coffee pods. You can bring your own supply if you have. TV: Turn Roku remote on. Select HDMI 1. Then turn on Bell remote. Select guide. Kitchen light: If it is too dim. There is an extra bulb that is brighter and can be switched. During the winter months. To conserve energy and costs. Please turn thermostat down when you leave to 15 celsius. And try to not leave it running too high when not in the house. We supply 3-4 rolls of toilet paper per washroom. And a box of kleenex in each bedroom plus plus a roll of paper towel. If your usage goes beyond it is the guests responsibility to purchase any extras. Please no eating/drinking on the sofa. If any food remnants or stains are found from food or drink you will be charged an extra $100. Shedding dogs are not allowed. Small non shedding only. No other animals allowed. Only non shedding under 15lb dogs. If a dog is discovered that is not approved. You will have to leave. And you will be charged an extra $100 in cleaning fees. Beach towels upon request only before check in or upon booking. Not after check in. Children and young teens are not recommended as there are fragile things on display. And they can be disrespectful of our home. We have had damage from children and teens. If your child does any damage such as gum, food or crayon/markers on furniture and walls. You will be charged $100 for extra cleaning.
