Perfectly situated between Mooloolaba's best restaurants / shopping precinct and Alexandra Headland SLSC / patrolled beach. Stroll over and watch the surfers at The Bluff or join the locals for a picnic on the hill. Either way, you'll enjoy the relaxed and laid back atmosphere that complements the soothing rolling surf and inviting beaches of our Coastal town. The space "Kalea on Alex" is newly renovated directly across from the ocean. With coastal-lux vibes and ocean breezes, you'll forget about the stress that you chose to escape. Located on the top floor, you'll have a cocktail in one hand while overseeing the kids in the pool, occasionally glimpsing out over the Headllands with admiration. Guest access You will have the entire apartment to yourself. There is a garage available for a "small" vehicle. Access from the rear of the building. There is plenty of off-street parking at the front and rear of the building and a bus stand directly opposite the apartment with routes to the CBD, Sunshine Plaza, Cinemas & Kawana precinct. Other things to note The second bedroom has a King bed that can be converted to twin share. There is also enough room for a roll-away bed in this room to accommodate older children who don't like sharing beds or for a girls weekend away. Bedroom one has a Queen bed. Please note that the apartment is located on the 3rd floor. Doors can be locked from the inside however we request that children are supervised at all times when present on the balcony. Kalea on Alex has a beautiful and relaxing vibe, perfect for a family getaway, 2 couples visiting the Coast or that long awaited girls weekend away. ** Council Pathway Works** Please note - Council have begun works on the Coastal pathway across the road from our apartment. As a result, fencing has been erected which is a bit of an eyesore from our balcony. There is no other impact to our apartment. **Additional Cleaning Fee Notice:** We love welcoming guests of all ages, including families with little ones, and we understand that some extra mess can happen. However, please note that if the property is left in a condition that requires additional cleaning beyond the standard turnover, an **additional cleaning fee may apply**. This includes, but is not limited to, excessive fingerprints on windows, mirrors, cupboards, and furniture; childrens stickers or crayons placed on floors or furnishings; dishes left out on benches (even if washed); or large amounts of rubbish not removed before checkout. We kindly ask guests to leave the home in a tidy condition out of respect for our cleaners and future guests.
