The driveway requires this. If you have 2WD, carpooling from the highway is easy and fun! This entire abode/chalet/ski lodge/lakeside/Camp/Cabin/Wedding Venue is yours to enjoy! Compete with a lake, stunning views, eagles, a hot tub, radiant floor heating, AC, a theatre room, a fire pit, hiking trails, ITS trails and more! Come back to soak in the hot/overlooking this amazing lakefront wonderland! Fall Foliage is an artists delight. Coffee at sunrise and wine at sunset -it’s an absolutely stunning view. And the LOONS! This is an excellent place for a family reunion or any other type of get-together needing to sleep 16 people. We have 3 bedrooms upstairs with 2 queen beds and 1 full over twin bunk bed. On the ground level, it’s one big open room. This room has 2 Queen Sofa beds, 1 Full size Murphy Bed, 1 Queen size daybed w/ twin trundle and 2 floor mattresses stored in the closet. We also have 1 travel crib. There are 2 movie rooms, 2 hot tubs (yes, two!), 2 fire pits, direct lake access and living, direct access to ITS snow mobile trails, bring the dogs, friends, family and kids (if you want)! Or enjoy a very romantic getaway at On Flying Pond. Upper level and ground level are available individually to rent as long as the entire house isn’t already rented. Truly something for everyone! Stop at The Lighthouse Wine and Seafood market on your way for amazing lobster, craft beer, wine and more! You won’t regret it Flying Pond Variety gas station and convenience store is a half mile away and great for all basic needs. There’s also a deli! We are 25 mins to Augusta, close to colleges, summer camps, Kents Hill School, ski resorts, ITS trails and so much more Guest access Mi Casa es Su Casa (respectfully) I’m available via text as needed. Upon approval, dogs are allowed on the main level of the house where the deck overlooks the property. Please gate off or close the pocket door to the downstairs. Other things to note Please check the weather and note you will require all wheel drive or 4WD to get up the driveway to the house during snow season. Carpool from the highway with 2WD recommended. Please tidying up as you normally would at your own home. Do your dishes, extra laundry, etc. Pets must be approved prior to booking and must be up to date on vaccinations prior to arrival. A copy of your pets vaccinations will be required for the safety of all furry guests. ***All pets must stay on the upper level due to carpeted floors and radiant floor heating on the lower level pretty please and thank you Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets please Guests are responsible for any/all damages caused by your pet, your friends, kids, partner, family and yes, even you! Please be mindful and don’t leave your pet unattended outside in the dog play area for extended periods, especially if it’s over 75 degrees (it’s a shady area) or below 40 degrees. It can get very windy and cold during the winter months. Guests agree that the host is not responsible for any injuries to your pet(s) or for the death of your pet(s) during your stay Worth Noting: There are MANY animals and birds around that can scoop up a small animal/pet. Be mindful of hunting season and wear the orange vests when in the woods during this time.
