Come back to soak and RELAX in the hot tub, overlooking this amazing lakefront wonderland! Listen to the Loons & Owls! Enjoy the Amazing Sunsets! Fall Foliage, Nature Lovers delight. Coffee at Sunrise with the Turkeys and Wine or a Cocktail at Sunset in the Hot Tub -it’s an absolutely stunning view all year round. This is an excellent place for a family reunion, multi family, bachelorette party, extended family reunion or any other type of get-together needing to sleep 18+ people. We have 3 bedrooms upstairs with 1 King, 1 queen and 1 full over twin bunk bed. Downstairs has a variety of Sofa, Murphy, Day, & Trundle beds that pull out with privacy screens. Ideal for the TEENS! Private Tiny House also available for additional fee weather permitting (no heat in Tiny house). On the walk-out, ground level there is one big open room. This room has 2 Queen Sofa beds, 1 Full size Murphy Bed, 1 Queen size Daybed w/ 1 twin trundle bed. 2 floor mattresses & 2 Cots stored in the closet. We also have 1 travel crib. Between the Theatre room, Hot tub, fire pit, direct and private lakefront lounge, PRIVATE boat dock (for renting), direct access to the lakefront, access to ITS snow mobile trails, a fenced area for DOGS, everyone is bound to have an amazing time. Memories are made On Flying Pond, All year long! Friends, family and kids (if you want) or enjoy a very romantic getaway On Flying Pond. Upper level and ground level are available individually to rent as long as the entire house isn’t already rented. Please "message" in app. Truly something for everyone! Stop at The Lighthouse Wine and Seafood market on your way for amazing lobster, craft beer, wine and more! You won’t regret it Flying Pond Variety gas station and convenience store is a half mile away and great for all basic needs. There’s also a deli! We are 15-20 mins to Augusta, close to colleges, summer camps, Kents Hill School, ski resorts, ITS trails and so much more. 4WD is a must during snow season. The driveway requires this. If you have 2WD, carpooling from the highway or from a local church is easy and fun! Guest access Mi Casa es Su Casa (respectfully) I’m available via text as needed. Enjoy my home as you would if it were your own, respectfully. Very private! Well behaved and house trained Furry friends are welcome! Upon approval, dogs are allowed on the main level of the house where the deck overlooks the property. Please gate off or close the pocket door to the downstairs. Other things to note Winter: Please check the weather and note you WILL definitely need all wheel drive or 4WD to get up the driveway to the house during **snow season**, even with the driveway plowed. Generator on-site for power outages. Carpool from the Park and Ride, if you have 2WD Please tidy up as you normally would at your own home. Please Do your dishes, extra laundry, etc. Pets must be approved prior to booking and must be up to date on vaccinations prior to arrival. A copy of your pets vaccinations will be required for the safety of all furry guests. Radiant floor heating Bring layers Bring extra beach towels and chairs! Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets in the yard and fenced dog area please. $100 clean up fee if 💩 left for cleaners Guests are responsible for any/all damages caused by you husband/wife, relatives, your pet, your friends, kids, partner, family and yes, even you! Please be mindful and don’t leave your pet unattended outside in the dog play area for extended periods. The weather changes quickly and it's always chilly-cold at night. Guests agree that the host is not responsible for any injuries to people or pet(s) and/or for the death of your pet(s) during your stay. Watch out for birds of prey. Worth Noting: There are MANY animals and birds around that can scoop up a small animal/pet. Keep small animals close. Also, Be mindful of hunting season and ALWAYS wear orange OR BRIGHT colors in the woods for safety (this includes dogs)
