It is a scenic drive from many intricate small towns. Just a 15 minute drive from Mount Vernon, less than 10 minutes from Kenyon College, and a day adventure from anything in the Heart of Ohio! Sleeps up to 6 guests, this spacious dome is bigger than it looks. Come hang out in the living room with our mascot Leonard— he’s the longhorn on the wall. Come play games upstairs in our game room area of the loft. Do some yoga upstairs in our open loft. You have to work? There is a single person desk in the loft area perfect for a peaceful workspace, while you listen to the rain on the dome ceiling. Come work from Dome! Sip your coffee from the front porch or back porch, there’s lots of space to enjoy the outdoors. A back patio, a fire pit with benches, and a grill to enjoy. As an added bonus, enjoy the outdoors in our six person hot tub! Watch a movie in the living room on Roku, capable of signing into any of your favorite TV subscriptions! Relax and enjoy yourself, we hope you enjoy the dome as much as we do! •• please note the king bedroom is in the loft area •• •• Apple Valley is a private lake community and you must be a property owner to use the lake amenities such a fishing, boating, or going to the beach! We encourage our guests to take a drive around the lake, but also go see some of the amazing public amenities in the area. •• We love to hear about our guests experience. Please let us know if there is anything we can help with, but we will not be on the property. Dome Rules Checkin at 3:00 pm unless otherwise arranged • overnight occupancy shall not exceed 6 guests • all children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult while inside the dome or on the property • no smoking • please be mindful of the neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum • when leaving the property, please be sure all of the doors and windows are secured • no parties or events, unless prior arrangements have been made • please do not rearrange the furniture Checkout 11:00 am checkout time • please empty all trash cans and place all garbage in the bins outdoors • place all towels, sheets, and bath rugs in the laundry baskets • start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes prior to departure • hand wash any other dishes, return them to the cupboards • if you changed the thermostat, kindly return it back to 68 degrees before leaving • ensure all doors and windows are locked
