Outdoor amenities include a wood-burning fire pit, patio, hammock, Giant Jenga, bocce ball, KanJam, and a four-burner Blackstone grill, with firewood, propane, and cooking supplies provided. Inside, you’ll find two inviting queen bedrooms, a spa-inspired bathroom with an Eskin filtered showerhead, a comfortable living room with a Smart TV and sleeper sofa, and a well-stocked kitchen featuring a gas range, Keurig, traditional coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and everyday essentials. Please note that there is no dishwasher. The finished lower level offers a private bonus sleeping area with a queen bed and Smart TV, along with a foosball table, lounge space, workspace, convenient half bathroom, sauna, and full-size laundry facilities. Luxury linens, hot tub towels, extra pillows and blankets, laundry supplies, pet amenities, baby essentials, and thoughtful conveniences are provided for an effortless stay. Central heating and cooling, three ceiling fans, one driveway parking space, and ample street parking add year-round comfort. Ideal for families, couples, and small groups, the home comfortably sleeps six adults and can accommodate up to eight guests. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and outdoor areas. Everything throughout the property has been thoughtfully prepared for your comfort and enjoyment. We kindly ask that all spaces and amenities be used respectfully. The only areas not available to guests are the two locked closets in the laundry room and the garage. Please do not attempt to access these spaces. Other things to note The property is professionally hosted and managed by Sioux Falls Stays, professionally cleaned by Turn Key Cleaning, and licensed through the South Dakota Department of Health. We want you to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. If you need anything, please send us a message—we’re happy to help. Early check-in and late checkout may be available upon request for $25 per hour. Before leaving, please lock all doors and turn off unnecessary lights and electronics. Guests traveling with pets are responsible for cleaning up after them inside the home and throughout the yard. Baby items and toys are provided for convenience and should be used at your discretion and with adult supervision. All guests must be accurately included on the reservation for preparation, cleaning, and safety purposes. A $100 fee may apply for unregistered guests. During lawn-care season, our service provider may briefly access the exterior of the property to maintain the yard. During snowy weather, please allow up to 24 hours for snow removal. A shovel and ice melt are provided for use as needed. We strongly recommend purchasing Airbnb travel insurance when booking during seasons with unpredictable weather. Refunds cannot be guaranteed when weather or travel disruptions prevent guests from reaching the property.
