Entry is seamless with our easy self-check-in process using a secure door code. Other things to note FAQS - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT? Check-in is at 4:00pm local time and check-out is no later than 10:00am local time. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for your reservation - upon request. Please reach out for the cost and availability. IS THE POOL AND SPA HEATED? Complimentary heating for the oversized hot tub is included, on demand, and takes about 30 minutes to heat up. Pool temps in the winter average 50-70 degrees. Pool heating (up to 85 degrees) is available for an additional fee of $75 per night (October-June due to fluctuating gas prices). This must be for the entire duration of your stay and requires at least 24 hours' notice to arrange. CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO THE HOME? We do not recommend shipping directly to the home. We do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home such (vendors, cleaners, staff) so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. IS THE HOME AIR CONDITIONED? The home is equipped with excellent, dual-zone central A/C for your comfort. Please note that if doors and windows are left open, A/C will shut off automatically. IS THERE WIFI? Yes, enjoy free, reliable high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property. WHAT SUPPLIES ARE INCLUDED IN THE STAY? Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of essentials, including laundry pods for the washer and dryer, paper towels, and toiletries to get you settled in. DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
