Our Tiny House is your gateway to all that Western Oregon has to offer. This unique property is located on a quite cul-de-sac where guests can easily walk to Pacific University, shops, restaurants & pubs. More than 100 wineries and 200+ vineyards are easily reachable within minutes. Enjoy boating and fishing at Hagg Lake and biking on the Banks-Vernonia Trail. Or explore the breathtaking Oregon Coast, Columbia River Gorge and Mt. Hood. The space Built specifically for the NW Natural Gas Street of Dreams, this is the only Tiny House ever to be featured in this annual showcase of multi-million dollar homes. Designed to highlight the very best in tiny house living, every detail was thoughtfully and purposely integrated into a highly efficient, warm and inviting space. Instead of the typical accessed-by-a-ladder, loft-style bed found in most tiny homes, your bedroom occupies its own cozy nook on the main floor and features side reading lights, usb outlet and a wifi-connected smart TV. The kitchen is light and bright, with a vaulted ceiling, French doors and multiple windows offering views to the beautiful surrounding grounds. Features include Fisher & Paykel range and dishwasher, stainless steel sink and solid surface countertops. The living space was designed to maximize comfort and livability in a small footprint. Using the wifi and bluetooth-connected Bose Soundtouch Soundbar and smart TV you can stream TV, movies or music with ease using the available 1G internet. Also included are a fireplace, cozy chairs, built-in central vacuum system and full-size inverter washer/dryer. The bathroom features a flush toilet and a beautifully designed sink, vanity and full size tile shower. Guests are encouraged to snip away at the fresh herbs and flowers that can be found in the kitchen garden planted on the outdoor seating area (might be a strawberry hiding too). That's also where they can find a bbq and wood burning fireplace. The outdoor patio and backyard are shared with a fabulous studio apartment located on this property, which is also posted on Airbnb. This apartment is a great place for guests to book separately or, when combined with the Tiny House, would be perfect for two couples or a family to book together.
