There are two things that make this place special - the accommodation and the location. The accommodation is modern, spacious with high ceilings and ceiling to floor windows. Set in a 10 acre field, yet only a short walk to the local village, we offer luxury accommodation with a view. Inside the accommodation there is a large lounge with dining for 6 and a fully fitted kitchen including fridge freezer, washer dryer, induction hob, oven, microwave & dishwasher. We have tried to include as much as we can to make this a home from home. The master bedroom overlooks the River Wyre and you can open the blinds from the comfort of your bed. The views are incredible and there is plenty of wildlife to enjoy as well. There are 3 bedrooms, a large wet room and smaller second wetroom. Six beds. Large decking area with stunning views and plenty of parking. On Bonfire Night and New Years Eve we get the best firework displays from across the river. All free of charge. Smart TV's in the bedrooms and lounge. 5G Wifi boasting speeds of 200mbps to 500mbps. Perfect for streaming your favourite programmes. The lounge has two settee's and a gorgeous Himolla recliner chair than can also rise to help anyone to a standing position. Bedroom 1 - master bedroom with twin electric beds that can be made into an superking bed or as twin beds. One electric bed is height adjustable. Great views across the River Wyre and countryside. 42 inch smart TV. Bedroom 2 - Twin bedroom, 42 inch smart TV Bedroom 3 - Twin bedroom with 42 inch smart TV. Ensuite wetroom. The accommodation has been designed to be flexible and to offer multigenerational holidays. Parents can holiday with children of all ages and also bring the grandparents. The ramp access and level interior makes it easy for everyone including prams, grandparents or a wheelchair user. The wet room is suitable for everyone and is perfect for able and less able bodied guests. We can offer equipment such as a toilet frame, shower chair, hoist etc. We are more than happy to include this free of charge for your stay. We can also offer a baby bath, highchair and travel cot for your stay. If you don't see what you need, please let us know, as we will help where possible. We have animals in the field and ask that dogs are kept on a lead when outside the chalet. The decking is enclosed with a side gate making it ideal for children and dogs. Unfortunately, we do not allow any ball games. If you are looking for a holiday with the wow factor, that is walking distance to the pub, set in a quiet location, but great for getting about, then we are the place for you. Guest access Free onsite parking. We are located on the Wyre Way which is great for walking or cycling. Only 20 minute drive to Blackpool and less than an hour to The Lakes. Walking distance to the pub and local shops (circa 15 mins). Other things to note We are dog friendly. Please contact us before booking with details of the furry friends you would like to bring. Two small to medium dogs preferred. £30 or 1 medium dog, £50 for two medium dogs. Please note that dogs must be kept on a lead when outside the chalet.
