Great space for remote worker and family-friendly. Private basement suite close to nature, neighbourhood shops, major roadways. Transit accessible, pedestrian and bike friendly. Quick jaunt to downtown, airport ( short walk to UP Express that takes you to the airport on an 11-minute train ride ) The space Newly renovated basement suite. Separate discrete entrance. Bright, airy and clean. New brand-name appliances, designer furniture and furnishings. Your own washer/dryer access. We are located near a major river and nature walking trails - great for nature lovers with occassional sightings of wildlife! We do have occasional sightings of spiders ( even with deterrents placed in the suite ), so if you have an extreme phobia I would advise against booking. Great for business travellers - highspeed fiber optic internet ( average of 300Mbps download and 100Mbps upload ), workdesk, and access to a printer. Family friendly! You'll be supplied with crib, high chair, baby bath, safety gate and some toys. However, please note that the space would only comfortably allow 1 child under 2 years old as we only have one crib. Children between 2-12 will be factored into the guest count. We may need to access our storage room occasionally, but will advise ahead of time should we need to do so. Guest access Free parking for ONE CAR onsite. Short walk to the Weston UP Express Station that is just one stop from Pearson Airport, and to downtown Toronto in 15 minutes. Other things to note Strictly no parties or large gatherings. Strictly no smoking on the property ( including outside by the door ). There is a parkette less than 1 minute walk away. We live on the main and upper floor with our dog, 9 and 17-year old children. New wall and ceiling insulation has been installed but the house is old so there is potential for noise. No unauthorized or unregistered overnight guests allowed unless first discussing with host. Registration Details STR-2010-GFVDVF
