The well-kept cottage (183 m²), in a rural location, invites you to a relaxing vacation or holiday on the North Sea. Whether you are traveling as a couple or with the whole family - in this house you can feel comfortable. Up to 10 people can comfortably fit in the vacation home. There are a total of five bedrooms, two daylight shower rooms, a guest toilet, a living room with fireplace, a large kitchen, a large garden, a covered terrace and two additional sun terraces. The space Welcome to the holiday home "Huus Mooi Utblick," which means "house with beautiful view". On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with TV, living room with fireplace, daylight shower room with corner bathtub, guest toilet and large eat-in kitchen. Upstairs are four more bedrooms (one with TV) and a daylight shower room. When you enter the house, the guest toilet is on the left and the large eat-in kitchen is on the right. The dining table is extendable and can be used by a total of 10 people. The following electrical appliances are provided: Fridge with ***freezer compartment Refrigerator with freezer Ceramic hob with oven Dishwasher Microwave Kettle Toaster Coffee filter machine (filter size 4) Senseo pad machine The kitchen is equipped with cutlery, dishes and cookware, casserole dishes, etc., so nothing stands in the way of cozy cooking evenings, a convivial get-together or daily care. Adjacent to the kitchen, you will find a spacious storage room for food, drinks and much more. Two Trip Trap high chairs can be used for your little ones. The daylight shower room has a large shower (100 x 100 cm), corner bathtub, towel radiator, sink, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror and toilet. In the living room, you can make yourself comfortable on the sofa. Relax while watching TV, watch a DVD and for special comfort the fireplace is at your disposal. Firewood is sufficiently available. In the bedroom there is a double bed (180 x 200 cm) with single mattresses, wardrobe, bedside tables with integrated 3-compartment USB charging stations, TV and chair. Bed linen and towels can be rented from us for a fee. Upstairs are four more bedrooms. These are each equipped with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) with single mattresses and a wardrobe. There is a TV in one bedroom. For our little guests, two baby travel cots are available free of charge, which can be set up in each bedroom. In the hallway there is a changing table and a cozy armchair in which you can retreat with your child for breastfeeding. But this place also invites you to read a book or linger there. A second daylight bathroom is equipped with shower (90 x 90 cm), sink, toilet, towel radiator, hair dryer, cosmetic mirror and washing machine. Two laundry racks are available to dry the washed laundry. You can store your suitcases or other utensils in a small room. Outside, you can use a covered terrace. On colder days, just turn on the radiant heater. Behind the house is a large lawn and a sun terrace In front of the house, practically located by the kitchen, there is another small sun terrace where you can enjoy your afternoon coffee or East Frisian tea. In front of the house there is a large parking area on which there is enough space for cars. The property is enclosed by hedges and privacy elements. Bicycles can be parked under cover. All windows and patio doors have shutters. Guest access You can park right in front of the house.
