The complex has been completely renovated and updated to give a newer modern look and a great vibe of relaxation. The unit is just up one small flight of steps on the second floor. You’ll just love the very quiet and peaceful community with a great mix of amenities! The space You will enjoy easy access to all Nashville has to offer! It's full of cool shops, restaurants, music venues, and local breweries,.. and Downtown Nashville is only a few miles away! Or if you would like, you could just hang out by the saltwater pool with a nice pergola and outdoor built-in grill. We also have several other units around the Nashville area. I do allow pets for $125/month per pet up to 2 months,..for a total of no more than $250/pet. If you stay more than 2 months you will not be charged extra. I will request pet fee before your move in date. There is a dog park in the apartment complex as well. Other things to note *IMPORTANT! Because this is an apartment complex, the management's only request is to run a background check on all occupants staying in the apartment. This is free and usually completed in 24 hours. It is a very simple form and, so far, I have never had anyone denied. It's just a precaution to keep everyone safe,.. including you!
