Charming guest suites with magnificent views

Located halfway between Branson and Springfield, it is the perfect location,convenient to both areas. After a day of fun, head upstairs to your suite,or out to the porch and relax. Views are spectacular! This is the entire second floor with your own entryway. The spacious rooms, decorated in a charming turn of the century motif each have their own sitting area. In addition, there is a living room and kitchenette with all you need to prepare quick meals. Spacious private bathroom with shower. The space Loaded with antiques and charm,the Suite Memory Room is furnished with a queen sized bed and will take you back to a slower pace and different way of life. The Sunflower Room, while furnished with an antique cast iron bed, is more up to date and decorated in warm yellows and grays. You'll see why it's named The Sunflower Room. The living area features a breathtaking view of the valley below which borders Busiek State Park. You might spot grazing deer, turkey, and lots of birds. The pastoral setting affords a relaxing atmosphere. Guest access The upstairs is all yours with a private entrance. We live on the main floor. We can have as much or as little interaction as you prefer. Includes a large selection of movies to watch. There is an queen sized air mattress, fold up single bed and a porta crib available upon request. Let us know in advance so we can have it available for your stay. Enjoy the rocking chairs and porch swing on the front and side porches. Dine at the table on the side porch as you enjoy the birds and wildlife. Play some checkers or corn hole, or just relax. Other things to note Though the suites can accommodate 6 guests, it is for 4 adults and 2 children. If we allow additional adults, there will be an additional $10/ guest charge/ night. We use scented fabric softener on our linens. If you have any issues with fragrance, please let us know in advance so we can prepare. The stove listed is a countertop electric burner. There is a microwave, griddle and coffee machine as well as a mini fridge. The kitchenette is not intended for lots of groceries nor big meal preps. It is a convenience for quick heat ups and maybe a pancake, egg, and bacon breakfast. It is a way to not have to eat out all the time.
