You'll love our cozy hundred year old Cordova home. Nestled away in a corner of little fishing town with priceless views of Prince William sound. You'll be a five minute walk to downtown and the harbors. The covered porch is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or have a night cap no matter what the weather is like. A charming and funky 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house with 2 queen size beds and 2 twin size beds. washer and dryer, full kitchen, jacuzzi tub, and covered outdoor space with water access. We are located 5 minutes walk to stores, restaurants/bar, our lovely boat harbors, and Town Center on First Street, 15 minute drive from the airport. There is a place to park a vehicle down a short downhill driveway. Water access (during high tide) with a floating dock right from property. *** During the summer we will be by the property tending to the garden, we will not enter the house without notice.**** This is our personal house that we live in during the winter and part of the summer so you will feel right at home when walk into our quirky Cordova home. The space is 420 friendly. Our home is over a 100 years old and is not built to code but is safe... it has been built on and up and customized by different Cordovans through out the years, so it's truly a piece of Cordova history. To get to the master bedroom you will need to walk up/down steep stairs . With that, we have small disclaimer and some have complained of the sometimes potent smell from creosote which has has been sealed and treated. Studies from hired contractors have shown it to be also be within safety thresholds. If you are sensitive to smells, this may not be the place for you. We love this little bit of Cordova history and can't wait to share it with you.
