Guest can enjoy a screened in LED lit patio, which has a medium table with 4 chairs that guest can enjoy a nice dinner, and/or drink at their leisure. The living room has a 50" smart television and WiFi. The kitchen area is equipped with seasonings, utensils, coffee ,and more. Guest has access to the washer/dryer. The property is secured with Ring and keyless entry. The space The space is in a secluded little community that is quiet and quaint. Only minutes from the Orange Park Mall. Easy access to Jacksonville favorites such as Jacksonville Zoo, Stockton Park, and the Riverwalk. Guest access Kitchen, patio, dining area, living area. During your stay I enjoy talking with guests. This space is strictly for 2 guests only. Pets are welcome a maximum of two. The pet fee is $10 per pet.
