Located in the West End of Barry surrounded by beautiful parks and beaches with links to Cardiff only a few minutes away by train. Barry is now considered one of the hotspots to visit and stay. Enjoy the amazing Goodsheds which offers a host of food and drink for example, Mother Nature Juice Bar, 297 Cocktail Bar, Restaurant The Shed by James Somerin, Meat and Greek to name just a few. Also, just walk in to discover delicious cakes and ice creams. The space NEWLY designed and created one bedroomed apartment located in the West End of Barry, Vale of Glamorgan. External steps will take you to your private door which is well lit up for your safety. The key will be deposited in the key safe box on the wall. As you enter pictures on the wall were taken by myself of some of the local hotspots whilst out walking with my dog Mollie. This new apartment is part of the main house but no access can be gained into the main house or the apartment so it is totally independent. As you enter the apartment the WiFi code will be displayed on the wall in front of you, so that you can join the WiFi immediately. There is a large kitchen which has a new hob/cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. I have provided some tea, coffee and sugar and milk for you - to see you through for a couple of days. The kitchen also has a unique sensor light facility which will come on when it is dark for your safety. Leading on from the kitchen is the fully tiled double shower room with w/c and wash hand basin. I have provided a shower mat which is stored in the bottom drawer. Leading away from the kitchen is a dining area which gives you views over the garden and the view of Barry and the sea. I have also provided a chest of drawers, iron, hairdryer and some games (just in case you fancy going back to basics and playing cards etc). Leading on from this area through a fire safety door is a large double bedroom with a three seater sofa. I have also provided you with a new 43 inch TV with access to Freeview channels to include ITVX, BBC iPlayer, and Netflix.
