With a fully stocked kitchen and a dining table set for 8, this is the perfect spot to bring your family/friends when visiting CB. The kitchen offers all the basic amenities you might desire and more! Starter supply of standard coffee is provided. Two of the bedrooms offer queen beds and the extremely spacious Master Suite includes a king bed and extra sitting area. The master suite also includes a full bath. The second full bath is conveniently located in the hallway opposite the first and second bedroom. The living area is spacious, comfortable, and includes a HUGE 65” smart TV with cable/app access. Enjoy the cozy gas fireplace and ample seating. Indoor living easily melts into outdoor with the three sets of sliding glass doors opening to the patio where you’ll find additional seating. No stairs required in this unit as it sits on the first level of the building, only about a 3 minute walk to the ski lifts! DISCLOSURES: AGE RESTRICTION: Primary guests under 25 years of age are not allowed. A government issued ID is required in order to book. PARKING: Guests are allotted 2 parking passes to be used in the Evergreen lot. There is no assigned parking. No trailers/RVs. There is no additional overnight parking in Mount Crested Butte. Free street parking is available in the town of Crested Butte (3 miles, follow posted signage diligently). 2 parking passes are provided/unit; this is non-negotiable, please plan accordingly! PET DISCLOSURE: Pets (including Emotional Support Animals) are not allowed in this building. You will be assessed a $500.00 fine and asked to leave immediately with no refund if you are found to be in violation of this rule. AIR CONDITIONING: There is no AC in this building. One small fan is provided in each bedroom. HOT TUB: The hot tub is managed by the building HOA. West Elk Property Management cannot foresee closures due to routine maintenance or cleaning and therefore will not offer any refunds in the event the hot tub is unusable for part or all of your stay. CBMR SUMMER DATES OF OPERATION: Crested Butte Mountain Resort opens for the Summer 2026 Season on June 13th. Closing day has not been announced.
