Our condominium is a perfect place to get away from it all and relax just a few steps from the amazing white beach, no crossing streets for our guests, the beach is right there! This condo will let you enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida but still give you the privacy that you deserve. This complex is located between multimillion dollar town homes where no rentals are issued providing you with a very secluded beach area. The space The condominium complex is located on the beach side of Gulf Blvd offering direct beach access from all units. Our condominium unit is on the first floor of two with 26 feet of pull-in car parking right under the unit. No dragging beach gear, groceries or luggage through elevators and lobbies. Our place has been decorated with care to make it feel like a home. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon reading and relaxing on the large balcony, our unit is two buildings back from the beachfront but there is a partial ocean view from one corner and the sea breeze is a bonus no matter where you sit. The condominium is completely tiled and very, very clean. The master bedroom holds a king size bed and the second bedroom holds a queen bed, The living room has a pullout sofa bed. There is also a portable folding crib and a high chair available for your use. All linens are regularly updated to provide the best in bedding and towels. Tons of light in our condo! From the two bedrooms you can watch the intercoastal and despite being located right on busy Gulf Blvd there is very little annoying traffic noise. We have beach chairs, beach toys and 2 beach umbrellas for your use. We also have a manual air pump and an electric pump if you choose to bring your own inflatables or choose to use some of the ones that have been left behind by previous tenants. We also provide a generous amount of basic supplies (paper towels. toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, garbage bags), depending on the length of your visit you may have to replenish for your particular needs. Fast internet and cable TV for your enjoyment as well as a selection of games and puzzles. The unit includes a washer and dryer inside the condo. Our place is walking distance to the best Trip Advisor's recommendations in Indian Shore such as Salt Rock Grill, Haze Ice Cream, Indian Shores Coffee Company, Aloha to Go, Caddy's and Original Pizza Restaurant. Indian Shores is bike, walker and runner friendly! There is also a trolley available which will allow you to visit many shops and restaurants along Gulf Blvd for a minimal charge. A perfect place to create lasting family memories. Guest access You will have access to the entire condo along with its large private balcony using a smartlock access code. One covered parking space is included in the rental. Other things to note There is a boat ramp across the street from our complex where you can park your boat or jet skis. The charge is $6 per day for a vehicle with trailer and $6 per day for a vehicle. No RV parking is permitted.
