This large and light filled room has a sofa and separate writing desk and a king sized bed with french linen sheets. On the ground floor, there are two entrances, the front door to the parking which lets into a large cathedral style entrance lobby and the back into the garden. A beautifully appointed kitchen is set in the ground floor room, which is set with soft arm chairs, a country style kitchen table and a cosy wood burner. There is no TV but excellent wifi allows guests to stream on laptops etc. easily. A separate bathroom, beautifully styled and appointed, with a bath and overhead shower completes the lovely ground floor. Guest access The whole of Ivy Studio over both floors, the private parking space and the gardens are all available for the guests. There is only the one listing, so no other guests are here at the same time. There is a key safe for arrivals.
