Flexible accommodation in the heart of Nunney

*If you require the use of both apartments, please book for 7 guests* Our flexible accommodation lies in the grounds of our house in the centre of Nunney. Two recently modernised apartments are available and can be rented individually or combined as one large four-bedroomed comfortable house. Each apartment comprises two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a large open plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen. The top flat has wonderful views of the castle. The space The apartments are ideal for couples, families and groups wanting to have a special break together or for individuals wanting their own facilities. You will have exclusive use of the apartment(s) during your stay. All linen and bath towels are provided (but not for the baby cot) as well as essentials such as coffee, tea and condiments. Outside is a quiet garden with chairs and 2 large tables. There is off-street parking for 4 cars. The apartments (Hallett Studios) are situated some distance from our house so you will not be disturbed, although please note we do pass on our way in and out of the main gate. We love our property and hope that guests will enjoy their visit, and respect the buildings, contents, space outdoors and friendly neighbours. Nunney is a thriving village, with a beautiful church, river walks and a medieval ruined castle. Longleat Safari Park is less than 15 minutes away, beautiful Bath is 35 minutes’ drive and other local attractions include Hauser and Wirth Somerset, ‘The Newt’ gardens, Stourhead and many other houses and gardens. Just a few minutes’ drive away is Frome, one of the South West’s leading market towns with its fabulous independent shops and popular market held on the first Sunday of every month. Also close by is the stunning village of Mells with an award-winning gastro pub (Talbot Inn). Not far away is Bruton, home to the famous Hauser and Wirth gallery and many restaurants. Other things to note Please note that there is a minimum charge equivalent to 7 guests (excluding infants) if use of the first-floor apartment is required in addition to the ground floor. For example, to book 5 guests where both bedrooms on the ground floor and one bedroom in the first-floor apartment are required, the booking request should be for 7 guests, similarly if you are a party of 4 guests but require both apartments, the booking would be for 7 guests. If you are a party of 8 guests, the booking would be for 8 guests. Please also note that the owners who live at the top of the drive have a dog and three small puppies that may at times be present. If this might cause a problem for you please let us know in advance and we will do our best to make sure they don’t disturb you .
