Private room in Oberschan with nice views

The house is in a very quiet location in a rural area. The rooms are located in the attic, with private bathroom (shower, toilet) as well as a lounge/living room. We live on the floor below, where the kitchen is, (on request the kitchen can be shared) and the conservatory is also on the lower floor. Breakfast is available. One parking space is available in front of the house. The bus stop is about 5 minutes away. Guest access The conservatory and garden are accessible to linger.
