Spacious, air-conditioned 4-bedroom home with 3 full bathrooms, a loft, kitchen, family room, and laundry room with washer/dryer. Includes 2 smart TVs and sleeps up to 10 guests with 6 beds: 1 king, 1 queen, 2 full, and 2 twin beds—perfect for families, groups, and work crews on assignment. Located in a safe, quiet neighborhood with free parking, close to shopping, a 24-hour supermarket, Hwy 101, and near Laguna Seca, Monterey, Carmel, and Big Sur—an ideal stop between San Francisco and LA. The space On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a queen bed. First floor amenities also include a full bath, kitchen, island, dining space and family room. On the second floor there is a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a full size bed. Two other bedrooms are located on the same floor, one with a full size bed and one with two twin beds. They share a full bathroom. An entertainment loft with TV is available. The space is not equipped with safety devices for little kids such as safety gate. If you'd like to bring kids with you, please be responsible for their safety. Guest access The entire house, the garage plus building amenities are included in this rental. Just like another home away from your home. Just relax and make yourself at home. Other things to note 1. We have two thermostats: one is upstairs on the wall above the TV set, and the other is downstairs on the hallway wall near the kitchen. The downstairs thermostat controls the temperature for the entire house. If you are unsure how to use the thermostat, please ask. 2. Please do not tamper with the router, even if you experience internet issues. Call the host or co-host before doing anything. 3. Ants may occasionally visit the house despite regular pest control treatments. To minimize this, please do not leave food out. 4. If you want to move any furniture in the house, please ask. I will accommodate your need by giving you permission and instructions to do it appropriately. 5. No pets are allowed, but let us know in special situations.
