This sweet 2-story side by side unit in a well-maintained 100 year old house offers free parking, easy highway access, nearby grocery stores, and keyless entry. Also close to busy restaurants and bars, this popular Rochester neighborhood can't be beat. The recently renovated open kitchen/dining area easily doubles as a workspace. There is a pretty front porch office, a sofa bed in the living room for extra sleepers, and 2 comfy bedrooms & a bath upstairs. Wi-fi, Apple TV, washer/dryer. The space This property was formerly the neighborhood Greenhouse, where they sold plants and Christmas trees at Christmastime. Because of that, the house lot is larger than others on the street, and there is a one-acre plot of land behind the house. This acre has a walking path that leads about half way in, and is a beautiful place to go and enjoy the old beech trees that line the property. The house itself is newly renovated, while maintaining the charm of a 1920's house. There are original Rochester hardwoods floors throughout. Several lovely features about this space include the enclosed front porch, the open floor plan of the kitchen and dining room, and plenty of windows to provide great natural lighting throughout the day. Guest access Our property is a duplex, and there is on-property parking for both our long term tenant and Airbnb guests. Airbnb guests have their very own designated parking spot, marked by a post labeled with the left side of house’s number: “307.” Other things to note We give preference to guests who have a profile picture and at least two reviews on Airbnb. We ask that guests be accurate about the number of guests who will be staying, so that we can prepare the space accordingly. We do not permit large gatherings or parties in our space, out of respect for our tenants living on the other side of the house. Thank You for your understanding!! KEYLESS ENTRY INFORMATION: The entrance door is secured by a Sifely smart lock. Just prior to your arrival we will text you a unique code that will open the lock for the duration of your stay. After entering the code and the # sign, you will hear a voice that says "unlocked" at which point you push the handle down. It will automatically relock itself within 10 seconds.
