Each floor is an airbnb rental unit. This unit is the second floor. It has three beautiful bedrooms, with a front and back porch, a nice dining room, a kitchen, and a living room. Two brand new washer/dryers in the basement. One garage parking space is reserved for this unit. Guest access Each renter may have one car in the garage or driveway, as it only has room for three cars total. Street parking is available free of charge if you will have more than one car in town. Other things to note The house is old. The hardwood floors are beautiful, but they squeak. We did our best to restore the beauty of the original home, but you can only do so much with some things, like the double-paned windows, which add charm but are not sealed as tight as newer styles (we have insulating curtains to help). If you love charming old houses, we think you’ll like it. If you prefer modern “perfect” homes, this isn’t the place for you.
