The tower at Tillys Head is a unique structure built off grid high on a cliff on the South Shore of Nova Scotia, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Anyone who is looking for a place to unwind and leave the real world behind for a while will fall in love with this special place.Be aware that this is a rustic cabin, not a luxury accommodation. A 10 min walk through the woods is required to get from the parking lot to the cabin. Other things to note Dining opportunities as well as grocery stores are at least 35 to 40 minutes away. I strongly recommend bringing some of your own food.A cooler with ice will be ready to store it.Plenty of drinking water, water for dishes and a very basic camp shower is supplied, but there is no running water.
