The apartment has in-floor heat and shared central air assuring the space feels comfortable year-round. Guest access Guests stay in an efficiency apartment which includes the entire lower level living space of the home. The apartment has a private entry located within the garage accessed using a key pad entry. Other things to note The kitchenette includes a mini-frig, microwave, large sink, coffee maker, toaster, and kitchen utensils. Additional amenities are available upon request.
