Situated in the popular "Avenues" (on one of Tauranga's most prestigious streets), a half hour walk to the CBD with all its waterfront cafes and shops, and a 10 min walk to Memorial Park and the water front. 10 kms to the fabulous Mount Maunganui beach. Main bedroom has a king size bed with a Tempur mattress - super lux (just ask David Beckham 😁)! Guest access The whole place is yours. You won't be sharing with anybody. Other things to note This is a very quiet street. If you want to party, this is not the place for you. I would like guests who will be considerate of my neighbors and not make any noise after 9 pm.
