The space The condo is 1,000 square feet - the living room, 1/2 bath and kitchen are on the main level; the bedroom, laundry room and master bath are on the upper level. The living room has a large sectional sofa and smart TV. There is a 1/2 bath downstairs off the entryway hall. The kitchen is fully functional with stainless appliances There are plates, utensils, pots and pans for you to use. Upstairs features a king-size bed, a workspace with a desk/desk chair, a dedicated laundry space with stackable washer/dryer, the master bath with granite countertop and a tub/shower, and a walk-in closet. There is a private garage space for one vehicle and there are 3 first-come, first-served shared off-street visitor parking spots for the complex that you may use; there is also parking available on the street. The unit has its own uncovered, outdoor staircase, which is accessed via the complex's gated courtyard; the staircase is located just steps from the unit's private garage. We use an e-lock for entrance to the unit so each guest has a personalized code for added security. We’re happy to welcome one furry friend to our home! We love hosting responsible pet owners and want your companion to feel right at home. To keep things comfortable for everyone: One pet per stay (up to 50 lbs, exceptions can be requested). Pet fee: $150 . Furniture: Please use the provided throws if your pet likes to snuggle on the sofa. Supervision: Pets should not be left alone unless safely crated. Clean‑up: Please use waste bags to clean up after your pet; thank you for keeping the outdoor areas tidy. Guest access The entire condo unit will be yours to use during your stay. There is also a shared courtyard area just outside the unit with a grill and patio set. Other things to note Please note - the condo is accessed by uncovered, outside stairs located in the complex's gated courtyard. The living room (main level) is on the 2nd floor and the bedroom is on the 3rd floor. The condo complex's parking is located on the ground level. There is a 65" smart TV in the living room and a 48" smart HDTV in the bedroom. WiFi is included.
