Yes. Guests have access to a Lagree Pilates machine, free weights, yoga equipment, and Apple TV. How far is the beach? Compo Beach is approximately a 7-minute drive. During beach season, public parking requires either a daily fee or a resident beach sticker. We typically recommend grabbing lunch nearby and using rideshare. Guest access A smartlock on the front door will be delivered on check in and valid until checkout. Parking will be available in the carport. No Garage Access. Other things to note The lower-level studio apartment has its own completely separate entrance and may be rented independently. There are no shared indoor spaces, and the backyard, pool, spa, and all outdoor entertaining areas are reserved exclusively for guests of the main house. A friendly 9-pound hypoallergenic Maltipoo lives on the property when we’re home. Guests with severe pet allergies should be aware that, although the home is professionally cleaned, the dog does spend time in the residence between stays.
