The space THE BUILDING There are three stories, and this beautiful studio is on the TOP floor (read: BEST VIEWS!!). You'll enter via the staircase outside and there is no access to the bottom floors of the house. Full privacy, separated studio unit. THE ROOM Relax in a luxurious king size bed and wake up with views on the treetops! This studio has an en-suite full bathroom, kitchenette with sink and all basic necessities. Beautiful private BALCONY with seats so you can enjoy the views! THE PROPERTY The backyard is the beautiful forest, and there are running & biking trails that pass through the front yard. There will be no guest access to the Yurt during your stay. Guest access THE NEIGHBORHOOD Nature is your neighbor!!! Enjoy your relaxing mountain retreat. We are about 2 miles from downtown Nederland where there are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, etc. 1-5 min walk to multiple hiking and biking trails 5 min drive to Downtown Nederland 9 min drive to Eldora Ski resort. You can also take a bus from downtown Ned to get to the skiway (20 min ride) 30 min drive to Boulder. PARKING Plenty of parking in front of the house. GUEST ENTRANCE You will receive your private access code and entry instructions prior to check in. You'll enter from the outside staircase via contactless, private access code.
